Who this is for. Use this form if you are a consumer in the EU and want to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of entering into it. If your subscription started with a free trial, the 14 days run from the start of the trial.
What happens next. We email you an acknowledgement right away and check your request against our records. If you withdrew in time, we cancel your subscription and refund what you paid in full, no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. If we need anything else, we will reply by email.
If you want to end your subscription without withdrawing, you can cancel from your account page. Consumers in Germany can also use the cancellation form. See our Terms for details.
