Who this is for. Use this form if you are a consumer in Germany and want to cancel your subscription. You can cancel at any time. Customers elsewhere can cancel from their account page.
What happens next. We email you an acknowledgement right away and check your request against our records. Your subscription then ends at the end of the current billing period and does not renew, and you keep access until that date. Cancelling does not refund what you have already paid. If you cancel immediately for good cause, we review your reason and tell you the date your subscription ends. If we need anything else, we will reply by email.
If you are a consumer in the EU, including Germany, and are within 14 days of entering into your subscription, use the withdrawal form to receive a full refund.
